Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item): we provide free return shipping.
• If the return is for any other reason: the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds
